At Studio 3H, we believe beauty should never come at the expense of the planet or the growth of our team. That’s why two of our core commitments, sustainability and education, shape every decision we make as a salon.

As a proud Davines salon, we align ourselves with a brand whose philosophy blends professional performance with environmental responsibility. Davines products are created with renewable energy, recyclable packaging, and carefully chosen ingredients that deliver outstanding results without compromise. By offering Davines, we’re giving our guests the opportunity to enjoy high-performance haircare while supporting a more conscious and sustainable approach to beauty.

Our partnership with Green Circle Salons takes this commitment even further. Through this program, we recycle and repurpose up to 95% of the beauty waste created during your visit including hair clippings, foils, color tubes, and excess color. Together, we’re helping to reduce the industry’s footprint and take meaningful steps toward a cleaner, healthier future for our community and beyond.

Equally important to us is education. At Studio 3H, we know that great artistry requires continuous learning. Our stylists receive advanced training on an ongoing basis, from cutting and coloring to the latest sustainable techniques. By investing in our team’s growth, we empower them to stay inspired, innovative, and confident in their craft ensuring that every guest benefits from a salon experience that’s not only current but exceptional.

Rooted right here in our community, we’re proud to bring this standard of sustainability and education to the people we serve every day. When you choose Studio 3H, you’re not just booking a service you’re supporting a local salon that cares deeply about its guests, its neighborhood, and the future we’re building together.

We invite you to experience the difference of a salon where education, sustainability, and artistry come together to create something truly meaningful.

I started my career in the beauty industry in 1993. I started working in an established salon in Norwich, Ct. I enjoyed 11 years of working and learning and building a clientele. During that time I was newly married and became a home owner. Then came two amazing children!! Those years seem like another lifetime. With amazing support from my husband and family I knew it was time! In May 0f 2005 I opened my salon in Taftville, Ct. Started with purchasing a property and transforming it into a 6 chair salon which grew to a 9 chair salon very fast. I needed to learn how to become a leader and bring in people/ teammates to help me grow and become a successful salon. I have enjoyed working with so many talented and beautiful people over the 18 years. I have enjoyed learning my craft and enjoy my years. I enjoy seeing multiple people thru out the day and creating new looks from color to cuts to creating trust with my clients so we can explore new ideas or just maintaining styles they are happy with. In 2023 I sold my salon to one of my teammates and I remain in the salon to support and grow with the new ideas ahead. I continue to enjoy the industry and hope to continue for years to come.

It has been a beautiful 33 years in the hair industry where I have seen many different trends come and go. I enjoy color and foils to make anyone look the best they can and to compliment a great color should always be a haircut. Another way that I love to express my creativity is through crafts you can see some of my creations throughout the salon.

Being in the beauty industry for over 30 years, I have enjoyed creating custom looks with color and texturized haircuts that fit my guests personality. I have never shied away from some fun color combinations for myself starting about 20 years ago for breast cancer awareness month. Outside of the salon you can find me taking care of my animal family of dogs and cats, training for road races or working in my yard.

Celeste Wiles
Stylist
Hours: Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday 2-7, Thursday 9-2
Being in the industry for 4 years, I've found a love for expressing guests fun side with funky colors and alternative haircuts. I'm experienced with traditional highlights and classic haircuts curating a look that suits the individual. When I'm not expressing myself with my hair, jewelry, or tattoos, I enjoy being in nature or cuddling my two cats.
